Routine Pest Control PlansWhat is perimeter protection?
Our goal is to build a protective barrier around the outside of your property by treating the exterior perimeter of your home. As long as we are able to treat your home from the exterior, you will unlikely need any interior treatments. If you are in need of an interior treatment, we can create a plan to your meet your property's specific needs. How often do you spray our property? We are flexible and fully capable of catering to your needs. Typically, we have quarterly sprays. However, if you need them monthly or bi-monthly, we can make it happen. Our hours of operation are 7:00am - 5:00pm, every day of the week. If these hours do not work for you, please let us know. New Construction Pre-TreatmentPretreatment on new construction is vital during the building phase of a new home, business, or some remodel projects. This pretreatment is the first layer to defend your property from termites.
Your soil is treated with a product called termiticide and once treated correctly, this prevents termites from entering your property for a long period of time. You must apply this during the construction phase because once the structure is completed, you will not be able to access the areas needed for treatment.
